A contract between you and Sweeeeeetz is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

If payment has already been taken, a refund will be issued where applicable.
6. UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us at sweeeeeetzshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where relevant.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food and confectionery products, we do not accept returns on sweets, edible products, or personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For non-food items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all hired equipment from delivery/collection until return.

- Return items in reasonable condition
Damage or Loss
Customers may be charged for damage, breakage, loss, or excessive cleaning requirements.
Cancellation
