At Sweeeeeetz, we want you to enjoy your order with confidence. Please read our delivery, returns, and refund information carefully before placing an order.
Delivery Information
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping service.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Please allow additional time during:
- Bank holidays
- Christmas and seasonal periods
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier delays outside our control
Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information entered at checkout is correct.
Sweeeeeetz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Please note that courier delays are sometimes outside our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
Returns Policy
Food & Sweet Products
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on sweets, edible products, opened products, or personalised items unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Non-Food Items
For non-food products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused
- The item is unopened
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
Return requests made outside this period may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
When Refunds Are Available
Refunds may be issued where:
- An item arrives damaged
- An incorrect item was supplied
- An item is faulty
- A non-food item is returned in approved condition within the return period
Refunds are not generally available for:
- Opened edible products
- Perishable goods
- Change of mind on sweets or food items
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once approved.
Equipment Hire / Rentals
We currently provide UK-only rental services.
Rental bookings are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for hired equipment during the rental period and may be charged for:
- Damage
- Loss
- Breakages
- Excessive cleaning
Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice given and costs already incurred.
